Actually, we'd LOVE to import OpenBVE for KNOS, but the Linux MONO libraries are a mess in Linux, therefore until they get their stuff working, no point in bringing it over here so far. The MONO libraries are also used for OSX and they've been problematic over there too. Microsoft did some squirrely stuff that's hard to reproduce elsewhere.

It's been more than a year since I last chatted with Michelle (she was the maintainer and is no longer doing it) and begged her to move from the old dotNET/Mono code to OpenGL, but Microsoft has never supported OpenGL very well over the years as she explained and well ... Microsquish still is the 500 pound gorilla. :(
