Now, if I'm Cuomo, I'm ordering the old SF station be fixed up to be used as a "temporary" station for the (1) as quickly as possible. Obviously, if as suggested it would take three years for the current (1) station to be rebuilt, re-opening the old (1) station would be more than temporary in this case since it would be open possibly for multiple years. |
