"60' cars have been running on that line since the 1950s. After more than 50 years you'd think that MOW would have a plan in place to correct an obvious source of problems and that the plan would have been presented to the MTA board for funding action." But do they normally run in four-car sets over that switch? That may be the issue. Under normal conditions, the solution may simply be to run full-length trains. |
