As I understood it, while buses fit under the overpasses (and a few of the originals remain), they weren't allowed on the parkways for a number of years. Of course, my source was "The Power broker", f which I've only read excerpts, so if the book is wrong, or I took soemthing out of context, than I'd be wrong.But there's no doubt that buses use the parkways nowadays. I see it all the time. |
