Still could be all rail if you allow subways: MNCR-->-->//-->NJ Transit-->SEPTA

And if they ever fill in that gap between Newark and somewhere in MD, New London to somewhere in VA: MNCR-->-->//-->NJ Transit-->SEPTA-->MARC-->VRE
