Not in the least. There is a 3 pin connector.

1) Motor
2) Lamp
3) Ground

If you can handle that then it should be okay. But that's the end sign. The side signs need the same power supply, the ODK (operator's display Keyboard), An SCU (sign control unit) and at least one LCD sign. and the wiring between all 3
