I explained what happened to Bed-Sty sometime ago..the short of it is..People stopped caring.. ..poverty..lack of resources..drugs..and Welfare[instead of jobs] killed any hope people had. Schools were substandard..the neighborhood was given up on by the city.. My parents worked for the City back then..and even they had much to complain about. |
