I feel his present approval of the WMATA 7K car, as a choice for Staten Island service, over an MTA clones, is based on the needs, and use of he riders of Richmond.Some services need unique equipment. One size does NOT fit all! It would be a good choice for some LIRR Branches Too! I'm thinking of the Port Washington Branch, and the Far Rockaway / Atlantic Ave-Brooklyn Branch. |
