"The MTA capital plan is for MN to junk all their M-3A's as well"That makes absolutely no sense since they spent serious $$$ rebuilding many M3 a's back in 2009/10 & spread the word that they would be on the property for at least another 10 yrs. As for the M-4s, insiders say that they were the worst set of M series cars ever produced. That series will be the first to go on the NH side. The'll still be M-2s over there when all the M-4s are gone. As for the scrapping of the M-6, that makes no sense since they still have youth on their side. But hey, we're dealing with the MTA. One of the last things to expect from them is commom sense. |
