I typed 'major hit' meaning if business BOOMS, skyrockets, etc. Yes, that's how I understood it when I read it and wrote my response (and asked my question back to you). What about weekend G.O.s that suspend A/C service between Utica and Jay Street ? Granted it hasn't happened in a long time, but there is always a possibility. That could be a legitimate concern. The shuttle busing or other mitigation plan would have to account for the normal ridership during that period. If business is booming at the casino and the A is running rush hour-like service on the weekends because of it, then NYCT will have to take that into account when they plan their GOs. |
