Back in the day, they used to have locomotives with six axles, so they would accelerate faster. Those cars didn't have cab cars either, so the locomotive had to run around the train at each end of the line.  I kinda like the steps on gallery cars. If steps were good enough for my ancestors, they're good enough for me.  |
