Since Metro-North has no low level platforms (IIRC) there would be no reason to have multi-level carsThey still have one or two in diesel territory, but that's it. If they suddenly had a Tappan Zee rail crossing and could run into Rockland and Orange Counties, certainly the traps would be useful there. |
