You can't task someone with the job of protecting people from the likes of Colin Ferguson and Jared Loughner and then second-guess them when they choose to use deadly force in line with their training. In THIS case it was an outright murder, just like that idiot pharmacist in Oklahoma. Once the person is subdued, you cease hostile action against them.When it's YOUR life or death, you don't hesitate. Period. |
