You've given me a reason to go to Skyview Center, if only for the great views that were never previously available. Of course I would walk or take public transit.Using this location for a large shopping area with big-box chain stores seems ill-conceived since it's two long blocks from the subway and all but one of the bus lines that serves downtown Flushing. And to have to PAY to park in order to go shopping just goes against me. Yes, I know Queens Center, Kings Plaza and Newport Centre charge for parking. But they have numerous mass transit options directly serving them. |
