I believe this is a stereoscopic view of the Willy B Bridge Plaza. Year is 1906. Note the Manhattan car loop, with it's underground power conduit on the right, and the mass of BRT owned lines meeting at the left. You can even see the old Broadway el and the subway connection on the Bridge being built in the distance:
