Never saw that myself aside from the "overpass" part, but sure have heard plenty about that too. To add to the fun, I worked for the state up here for 12+ years and saw plenty of documents vanish over the years when I encountered telecomms that didn't exist on paper. It's amazing what can happen when something goes wrong and an agency decides to make the paperwork go away to resolve the issues of questions being raised. :)Sorta like that number plate swapping that didn't get documented. Heh. |
