I woudl think the best course of research outside of the archivesof the (successor to) The Board of Transportation would be the DEP. They would show the location and elevation of the storm and sanitary sewers on Pitkin Avenue. There should also be construction documents from whenever the sewers were built, probably post-1948, that might be instructive. |
