No kidding.I am saying that there fact that the buildings are set back at 76th and Pitkin have probably nothing to do with the fact that there may have been a subway planned there, as the subway entrances wouldn't interfere anyway. The only reason they are set back at 76th St is because the buildings built there were built after the setback zoning laws changed. |
