The only noticeable "drop in grade" is where they are building foundations for homes along the east side of Ruby St in that photo. That's it.Yeah, building foundations that should have exposed station superstructure but doesn't. People want to dig today when that picture already shows a dig in 1951 if that's indeed a building foundation. Thanks for making my case. |
