And, no, they should not be thrilled with it. The reasons the systems aren't living up to expectations or potential has far more to do with people refusing to do more than bitch about them sucking in blogs than it does money or inept management. Unfortunately, political correctness and hipness is more important than personal responsibility or accountability. |
