However for a brief time in the late 1970's, the M ran express southbound from Prospect Park to Kings Highway due to some weird debris (downed trees?) between Cortelyou and Newkirk.Part of the retaining wall collapsed near Cortelyou Road and took several weeks to repair. --Mark |
