The second car from the left in the front lineup appears to have a split storm door window. It also has a double panel on the storm door instead of a single one beneath the window. The door panels would indicate either a Headley motor which was rare on Pelham or one of the first 12 Steinways which were called "boilers" and had that type of storm door paneling. I recall some time in the mid 1950s seeing a N/B train at 149/Gr Conc on which the south motor had a similar split window but I have not been able to find out what it was and this car looks a lot like it. Does anyone out there know?
