We can dig our way out of the Iraq war costs far quicker than digging our way out of the costs of the annual social welfare expenditure (two-thirds of a trillion per year). And think about how much lower those costs would have been if those with the liberal streak didn't insist on elections and instead used Iraq and Afghanistan as bases to take Iran down from.

Not with all the increased government spending in general since '09, no. (Except on NASA and military.)

the fact that you think that war is a better use of the Treasury than spending it on your fellow American makes you a poor American

No, truly "poor Americans" would rather keep people impoverished on welfare than cut through regulatory crap that encourages outsourcing (something that the "insourcing" bill did not deal with at all) and really brings jobs back to US shores.

Um no, the idea is that Iraq is a fool's errand and I'm glad we're cutting our losses.

As for your bullshit about cutting regulations resulting in a windfall of employment, keep dreaming. The object of your team is to lose jobs as a way to cut overhead. The other phase of that is that with so many out of work, the remaining workers won't dare demand a wage that keeps pace with the cost of living.

Whose idea? Only that of pacifists and dhimmis.

As for your bullshit about cutting regulations resulting in a windfall of employment, keep dreaming

Riiiight. Meanwhile, Red China has fewer regulations and a lower corporate tax rate than the USA. That's to the USA's shame.

The object of your team is to lose jobs as a way to cut overhead. The other phase of that is that with so many out of work, the remaining workers won't dare demand a wage that keeps pace with the cost of living

You really think that inflation is eternal, do you?

Keep it up. You're starting to look like a psychopath or at least a brainwashed hardcore Marxist, with all the propaganda spilling out. Who was it that put the most people on the welfare rolls in US history, eh? Whose "team", if you like?

Unions would be a lot more successful if they kicked the leftists out of them; one way to do this is to sue the crap out of them for failure to represent every time they lose a job for US workers. Instead, union leadership prefers to be more domineering than company management. (Personal experience taught me that.)

Almost the same thing.

Marxist socialism was degraded to a concern only with pay or the stomach. The bourgeoisie degraded nationalism into barren hyper-patriotism. Both concepts, therefore, must be cleansed and shown to the people anew, in a crystal-clear form. The nationalism of our worldview arrived at the right moment. Our movement seized the concept of socialism from the cowardly Marxists, and tore the concept of nationalism from the cowardly bourgeois parties, throwing both into the melting pot of our worldview, and producing a clear synthesis: German national Socialism. That provided the foundation for the rebuilding of our people. Thus this revolution was National Socialist.

Hermann Göring, 1933

Thought you'd gloss over that one. Ask most of Obama's cabinet if they want to be like China; many have already answered publicly in the affirmative. Except for the low regulation and high corporate taxes that is . . . until they can beat the US population into submission and do exactly what you claim "my team" (so-called) want to do.

again you're spiking the ball over a non-victory and trying to make the debate about me and not the issue

Non-draconian regulations and low corporate tax rates are not a characteristic unique to China; in fact, that's what the USA used to look like before shifting left. Communists prefer heavy progressive taxation, which makes China's policies (which are generally unique to foreign corporations) a means to an end.
