More accomplished blacks are tarnished by the more ignorant and criminal lot (as I'm sure whites feel about our friends in Appalachia...).But in hindsight, it makes so much sense when you look at it  Well over 80% of the black population falls below the white mean IQ of 100. When you consider most college bound folk are in the 115-120 range,  it makes the stereotypes, and the problem of persistent black poverty even more clear, unfortunately. |
