That's might be the best route.

Avoid LAX

Avoid LGA

I can't really compare Walmart to Target because most of the Targets that I've been to are in LA and most of the Walmarts were in rural America. Their Walmarts were nicer than our Targets, but that's not apples to apples.

Actually Jet Blue now flies out of LAX as well IINM. LAX is the closest airport to me, but Long Beach is pretty close as well. I'm almost halfway between the two. I have no problems using LAX. I'm very used to it.

I had no problems with it. I was amazed that planes can land on parallel runways at the same time, while NY airports keep you in a holding pattern.

Even in traffic jams? No "zoom zoom" there . . . only "putt-putt" and watching the radiator temperature gauge climb before the fan kicks on to cool it back down.

The only problem with that is that memories fade, but pictures live forever. You have no idea how many times I wished I had taken more pictures when I was younger. I struggle to remember how the neighborhood looked 30 - 40 years ago sometimes and only wish I had a picture of a particular storefront, etc. to help me remember.

No, it's not possible to stay out of the jams in the city. The kind of streets that would be (relatively) unjammed have low speed limits and lots of traffic lights/stop signs.

What I described happens to all cars no matter their build quality.
