Its "Menorah K", a small Sephardic kosher certification brand. Their phone number is (718) 854-8047 for more information. This is the first time I've seen it, but there are a lot of different kosher symbols around, issued by different kosher certification organizations around the country and around the world. My personal favorite is "Texas-K", which is a K superimposed on an outline of Texas. |
