Hatchet piece because the Republicans know that Biden will do well with blue collar workers in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, not to mention it completely ignores white men which is a guaranteed loss. Trump won for a number of reasons, none of which were due to a permanent shift away from the Democratic Party. That being said, Biden’s potential for gaffes and his age concern me especially if the Democrats are trying to hammer home Trump’s schedule.

Hatchet piece Quite possibly, yes. In addition, Biden won't have a walk like Hillary did in the 2016 primaries. If he runs, he'll have to campaign really well to secure the nomination. And if he runs that well, then he can take on Trump. If he runs poorly in the primaries, he won't be the candidate.
