He leaves the post confirmation page open, then leaves the browser. When he reopens it, the cache has expired and it reloads, causing the post to be submitted again. It doesn't happen to the rest of us because apparently we all navigate away from the post confirmation page after it's done loading. |

I did it from an iPhone (Mitch said he uses an iPhone, but I don't remember what model and I don't think he specified his software version). I force-closed the browser, which had the desired effect, but I assume that waiting would have the same effect as the iPhone automatically unloads unused apps from the background as necessary. |
