Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly

Posted by Orange Blossom Special on Thu Feb 6 13:28:03 2025

Do you think this person is another personal friend of Hunters (who boasted he owned the Delaware judge that took Elon's pay away)?
----
A federal judge has today officially barred Elon and his team from accessing the US Treasury’s payment system.

Elon isn't a Treasury Department employee.

His minions, who have been appointed Treasury employees, have read-only access. There is an incredibly strong legal argument that they don't have any authority to make changes to payment amounts.

Considering that she was first made a Judge by Ronald Reagan that is doubtful

I can make the same claim about the people who were fired and refuse to leave.

That's what we have a court system for.

What authority does the presiding FISC judge think she have to do that?!?

Wait until DOGE starts scrutinizing FISC.

The Constitution of the United States of America, which allows for judicial review of executive actions to determine whether or not they are lawful.

She no longer holds that position. As a Senior Judge on the District Court for District of Columbia, Article III of the Constitution gives her the power

No it doesn't. Read Section 2; it pertains to legal cases.

Yes, Plaintiffs had brought a lawsuit challenging DOGE’s access
