When I was still working in mid-town Manhattan, one street vendor made his own whipped cream cheese/chunky salmon. Wow! Now I get Philidelphia Salmon Cream Cheese, a weak substitute.

I learned to place a slice of red onion in ice water for about 5 mins. to lessen the bite. Cream Cheese now comes with Jalapenos. |
