No D-run cities are states are "economically dynamic". Stop fooling yourself.

I don't know about the city specifically but North Carolina certainly is. Charlotte and Raleigh in particular are growing like crazy and Wilmington is becoming a major seaport.

But then you'd need more office space than if you say "Sure you can work from home, but now you don't have your own desk at the office any more."

These are multi-year leases in talking about. The firms can't reneg on their lease obligations. Plus, I would want all my employees around me, so I can go to their offices or vice versa, not play games trying to get these lazy-ass Millenial/Gen Zers on the phone or screen
