Biden, 81, was filmed standing still as stone while those around him, including Vice President Kamala Harris, clapped and danced to a concert featuring gospel singer Kirk Franklin. Video shows Biden staring blankly and not moving an inch for about 30 seconds before Philonise Floyd — the brother of George Floyd [who I guess is a former slave and has something to do with the holiday] — noticed the president and put his arm around him. Biden then smiles as Floyd leans in to say something, and they bump fists after exchanging a few words. The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment. ------- In Quid Pro Joe's defense, watch the video. i had the same reaction just staring at the screen. |

Geez, I saw the video and it's becoming pathetic. For his 50 years of service to this country they should tell him that he' won the election and then fix up a room to look like the oval office at some nursing home. Then I'd have jill biden jailed for elder abuse. |

I think that freezing in place and stiff gait are significant traits for that.Either way, there's obviously something wrong. He should't be serving, much less running again. |
