So the Judge in the Elon case

Posted by Orange Blossom Special on Thu Feb 1 17:09:07 2024

Is a close personal friend of Biden and Hunter, very personal, whom said that Musk needs to be investigated and reigned in.

The ties actually go deeper and much more disgusting, but do you really need the tl;dr on something that's expected by now?

I think you'd better covey your special information to the Delaware court system. Sounds like you've uncovered a major scandal that no one knew about.

I guess Elon's just a bit too much of a free speech supporter for them.

You do realize you're talking about the Delaware Chancery Court, don't you? Not exactly a hotbed of left wing fanaticism. They are usually chided for being too close to corporate interests.

Didn’t know you had gone MAGA.

This was a TSLA shareholder derivative suit. It had nothing to do with his personal philosophy or Twitter. Moreover, the suit was filed years before he stated he wanted to buy Twitter.

So when I say Elon is for free speech, that makes me MAGA? I'm not MAGA - didn't vote for Trump in 2016 or 2020. And he's not my first choice for 2024, either. I am for free speech and, as I see it, X is about the only place that true free speech is allowed for those of us on the Right, thanks to Elon. I joined X a year ago and my eyes have been opened to just how biased most of MSM is, and how much conservative voices are suppressed and censored in other media.

No, when you say that, it does make you look a bit silly because Musk censors lots of stuff he doesn't like.

But what makes you MAGA is suggesting that the Delaware Chancery Court, of all institutions, is out to get Musk for political reasons. That is getting seriously into conspiracy theory.

1. Someone decided to file a suit.

2. The improper influence exerted by a senior officer on the Board was egregious.

3. The amount of money involved is enormous.

By the way, the Delaware Chancery Court throws out zillions of disgruntled shareholder suits. They didn't throw this one out because it had merit.

What exactly is Musk censoring? I've seen people on both sides complaining about being censored, or mysteriously losing followers overnight, on X.
By the way, here's my very own conspiracy theory: the reason Roe v Wade was struck down when it was, just months before the 2022 election, was to allow the Democrats to use that issue against the Republicans (which they did perfectly, IMO) and avoid the "Red Wave" that everyone was expecting! I haven't quite figured out why a supposedly conservative SCOTUS would do that, so this is a theory in the making!

Abortion killed the Red Wave. It also has a real chance of defeating the Republican candidate for POTUS in November.

Are you kidding? You think the overturning of Roe v. Wade was a left-wing conspiracy? Even though the justices who voted in favor (which included the ones appointed by Trump) were known conservatives? You do remember that overturning Roe v. Wade has been a major goal of conservatives for decades, right?

Fraud denial.

Trump doesn't get elected in 2016 on the promise of RVW appeal only for pro-abortion to suddenly be a winning issue for the Democratic half of the Uniparty in 2022.

Totally logical, since the side that's fighting to win is more motivated to vote, as opposed to the side that's already won.
