But Hannity DID say he expects what was discussed to be protected by attorney-client privilege. You can't have attorney-client privilege if you aren't, in some way, a client. I did watch him in 2007 and 2008. Listened to his radio show years ago but got bored fast. But he is not really a guy who understand politics. He just got lucky when Fox News relocated to NYC around 1996 and they wanted radio hosts to do their cable shows, figuring they would bring their radio audience to cable news. I did work. Hannity was in the right place at the right time.

Remarkable coincidence. It may all come to nothing. Maybe Trump really just is a guy with a very good sense for how to do things that are legal, even if just barely.

There are contingency cases, pro bono, or where the fee is paid by someone else. I don't have all the information here, but that last one seems the likely one.
