OK, Dunkin, though they're more expensive, but that's not a big deal.

Panera has little coverage. Starbucks has nothing I would eat.

Long Live White Castle!! Its 3AM, you're half in the bag & theres a White Castle nearby. Next to getting laid, that was the best way to finish off a night!!!
There was one at 69th St & Roosevelt Ave, right under the #7 Sta. mighty convienient after a night of barhopping in Sunnyside, or right after pay day, Manhattan. Hung my hat there many a time.

And how you were going to feel the next day was the furthest thing on your mind.

AAH...tender memories!

Another Reason. They do a lot of subtle things that are marketing genius. Kids can spot those Golden Arches seemingly floating in the sky from about 1/2 mile away and want a Happy Meal. You got the flashy Happy meal box with the food and a toy in it. A kids feels like he/she just won the lottery...lol

I agree the fries are addicting and something about those fish sandwiches taste pretty good for some reason.

I don't find Wendy's or BK to be better than McD.

And McD has way better coverage. Usually I'm doing it in obscure place where it's either McD, a pre-made sandwich from a gas station (makes McD look like a delicacy), or a diner that takes a lot of time.

Okay, I'll give on that. It is the burgers I criticize the most. I agree about the breakfast there. But then I after even buying one, I never fail to say afterwards, that for the price I just paid for this garbage, I could have gone to a deli or bagel store and gotten a real breakfast sandwich.

Imo Big Macs are overrated it's mostly bread with a dash of beef. In terms of McD burgers the Quarter and Double Quarter Pounders should be their Signature burgers. The one thing i like about the Big Mac is that Mac Sauce sooooo good. On the rare occasion I eat a burger from McD's while it's never a Big Mac i do spend the extra $.20 and get my burger with Mac Sauce.

The nuggets are the worst out of all the chains! Fake chicken! Fries are edible, but the other chainß have good ones too. I also hate the smell of McD fries. Furthermore, after seeing a report where they tested various fast food places, and all the other fast food items rotted after 6 months, mcD fries looked the same 6 months later.

If they ever brought back prohibition, White Castle would belly (bomb?) up. At closing time, you're done, & hungry & your judgement is shot. Thats when they taste the best. I don't think I ever bought them sober.I'd Buy a sack with onion rings on the side, go home, put on "The Late Late Show II" & catch another showing of "The Bad Seed" or "The Creature from the Black Lagoon" on the tele & watch till either sermonette or snoring prevails.

Those were the days, my friend, I thought they'd never end....!:).

I don't agree with that. A lot of delis and bagel stores have really shitty breakfast sandwiches. It's very hit or miss. Unlike McDonald's burgers where at least if you try something else and it's bad, you avoid mediocrity, with the breakfast sandwiches, there's more to "lose" as it were.
