The far left activists are worried about the effects of global warming despite the fact that the US just went through its coldest winter in a century and Antarctic sea ice is at record levels.The facts about trash may or may not be correct but the author is showing his ignorance about climate change (which also may or may not be real) by writing that sentence. |

One consequence of the War on Terror is that trash receptacles are removed from parade routes. Mail boxes are also locked.It results in a bigger cleanup after the event. However, DSNY has a lot of experience cleaning up after an event. What do you think happens to the ticker tape after a parade? |
