Reading comprehension time:"The U.S. Justice Department investigation...has thus far uncovered no evidence" "no final determination has been made" The investigation isn't over, although at this point it's unlikely the DoJ will find evidence connecting him to anything more than being clueless as to what his own top aides were up to. No evidence means he hasn't been charged with anything, so there have never been any "federal charges" to clear. |
