I do believe we need ID's to vote.Photo ID's don't usually verify place of residence. Voting outside one's election district is the biggest type of voting irregularity. The irregularity level is so low as to not influence elections in almost all all elections. I think the authorities at both the local and state level should make it easy for people who have trouble getting around for various and sundry reasons make it easier for these people to get them. How about making it easier for people to vote on election day too? |

But by the next day they've forgotten and it's back to complaining that non-citizens are voting. |
