But in point of fact the buyer of the van could not reasonably refuse to sell it back (which is a stated requirement of a genuine sale), because civil law would not allow him to make use of the van if he didn't sell it back. He wouldn't have title, so he wouldn't be able to get plates or insure it. |

Again, there's no stipulation anywhere that any of that has to be done, should be done, needs to be done, or even should be done.And all the ones you mentioned are different Orthodox sects. There's no abstaining from eggs, no symbolization of eggs for anything, and so forth for "Christianity". What some sect may or may not do or have done really doesn't correlate at all to the grain thing. It's about as relevant as Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer is to "religion". |
