For some reason he decided in his little world that it's cool to spell color, flavor, favor, etc with a u, colour, etc.....which is the British way to do it.I have been doing it my whole life since before I had any concept of what "cool" even meant. Even though he's not British. So? If you didn't bother learning how to write until grade school, then I'm sure you'd have been taught completely standard American spellings. I taught myself how to write from a variety of sources, one of which was clearly British. (I'm betting on The Hobbit, but I don't remember for certain.) Is that enough of a defense for you? But then again, it's no surprise, as he believes the United States is not a legitimate country or government. ...I said where? Oh, that's right. I didn't. You just made it up.
