Not eating a big breakfast like the pros say. I was eating 2500 calories a day and not really losing. I'm cutting down to 2000 calories again to see how it goes. Today's cheat meal will be breakfast plate at Cracker Barrel unless cortelyounext agrees to last minute Summit which I'm open to. |

So following that thesis, there would still be dinosaurs somewhere on the earth NOW. Yet there are none living. He isn't even keeping his own BAC story straight. |
