Republicans, once upon a time, weren't assholes. Nor did they have a God complex. They looked out to PRESERVE America rather than tearing it up, selling it off to the lowest bidder. Your ilk only wants to trash things out of the anger that permeates you. That's NOT "conservative" at all ... that's lynch mob. |

That too is a fabrication. The old testament was a good thing. But in time, it justified guilt and vengeance. That went against the teachings Jesus provided. Sadly, over the next couple of hundred years, people and even the church reverted to the old ways and tried to justify caveman behavior by perverting those teachings. Call me what you want, but I attended seminary. I got to see things that many don't and studied. I learned what those teachings actually mean, and I live by them daily. Like I said, call me what you want, matters not to me. I have my faith, I'll live by it, and won't impose it on anyone else. But I *will* talk about why I believe what I do and it's fine whether it's accepted or ridiculed. Matters not to me. :) |

I am against ANY *organized* religion outside of schul, church, pagoda, temple, mosque, whatever. The United States of America was founded by people who felt that religion is between you and GOD, not you and the government. They were pretty adamant about that too. |

They were largely ambivalent having seen what happened to their fellow citizens over in England. Why do you think they came over here and specifically wrote the Constitution to keep religion the hell OUT of government in the first place?Stop being spoonfed by the televangelist party ... look it up for yourself. They weren't PRO-Christian or Anti-Christian. They recognized that there were NUMEROUS other religions that emigrated here in the beginning and speicifically wrote the Constitution to just leave everybody alone and ensure that the government would NEVER favor *ANY* religion or Jews wouldn't be welcome here at all being SO far away from your definition of "God-fearing" ... |

It's LIKE that down in Jesusland ... suggest you visit the party core part of the US and see what they think of YOUR religion. And Islam is based is on Christianity and Judaism. And Judaism is influenced by Zoroastrianism. Why don't you consider yourself Zoroastro-Jewish? Or Judeo-Christo-Islamic? Because like "Judeo-Christian," none of those make sense. "Judeo-Christian" is an early version of "Jews for Jesus" where Christians attempt to show ignorant Jews like you that their religion is the next step after Judaism and that you should convert. |
