"So you would rather a significant part of ENY be demolished to build a new mall?"LOL...you're misquoting me again....just focus on attacking Olog-hitler and you'll be fine. For starts....Walmart ain't happening in NYC any time soon. So don't go off the deep end with this about me saying something that does not exist. The real parts of ENY needs better police protection and better housing and better schools. That's what really counts. Not sure where you got that I was even remotely suggestion demolishing any area of ENY. |

Because you said the mall was too far away from the center of ENY. The only way to build something closer is by demolishing existing buildings to make room. The people also need work. That brings economic prosperity. Better schools don't because those students won't go to college anyway and pouring more money on bad students doesn't work. They have adequate police protection as it is. Better housing also involves demolishing substandard dwellings. |

What the law allows is irrelevant, since these days the law "evolves" according to the whims of politicians and judges. I could legally change my name to "Olog-hai", thus making it incumbent to appear on a passport or driving license, but it won't make it my name, would it? |

The point spread closed between the two after everyone got back to work after the republican shutdown ended. Check the polls, the spreads track that event. Had the republican shutdown still been going on, Gov Elect McAuliffe would have had a rout beyond crispys in NJ.Cuccinelli did't have a chance to begin with. McAuliffe had it because he will rescind the vaginal probe thing. He won through the women's vote. |
