You've admitted you believe in the first statement in this thread, and you've done nothing to deny the second statement whenever it has come up in the past. |

I certainly do not advocate it myself, because any such conversion is to happen after the Messiah's coming anyhow. So where did you lift this from? Such a thing is not in any way a common belief among Christians at all, especially what is regarded to be conservative Protestantism. I can't see a single page online that is outside of the wackjob websites that cites this as true; not even any of the links in the Wikipedia article with respect to this claim go to any websites in the mainstream, never mind unbiased scholarly articles. The belief concerning Jews returning to Israel and creating their own state being prophesied is not exclusive to Christianity either; it's in several places in the Tanakh, most notably Zechariah 14. |
