In fact, the juror mentioned they considered it very heavily in their (misguided) decision to spring this criminal.This stupid "stand your ground" law has been enabling vigilantes all over Floriduh. Zimmerman is just the most famous case. Other states have some to strong delineations as to what a "stand your ground" case is, most expand castle doctrine to the owner's property outside the home itself. Floriduh's however, is a vigilante free for all. |
