This is NOT the result of any government action, failure of diplomacy or anything connected to the United States Government action or inaction.This is the result of the action of some bored wealthy dilettantes making a bad, stupid movie slurring a religion and promoting it in the native language of its followers. They should be held personally responsible for the result. The taxpayers should not have to bear the financial burden for additional security at our embassies until this blows over, the cost of bringing the US Military into this,and the lives lost to their families. They should pay. Maybe if there's real consequences for hatespeak like this it won't happen again. Little applied republicanny here would help. |
