Hmm, found something that may be leftist: views on antitrust, where hostile corporate mergers may be viewed as beneficial to the consumer. That's a little bit too much anti-small-business. Of course, if it's all about the "law professor" thingy, anyone who actually gets into teaching law is automatically suspect. |
