Well, since I don't know what the e-harmony lawsuit is about, I can't have an opinion on that.And much as I dislike the positions of a fair number of members of the Supreme Court, I will defer to them as to what the law allows and what it doesn't. It's not worth my time to spend hours reading the details of the NH case to figure out what I think the answer ought to be. |
