Simply because it's a chain and it's beneath them.Funny you mention shopping center... We have a pretty upscale restaurant that's located in a store front of a shopping center. The waitstaff absolutely sucks. The food good but extremely small portions... but the place is full of snacks would feel they should go there because of the name... and will suffer with snobby stuck up wait staff |
