With OG, I am reasonably assured of quality food at a set price. I am not a food snob. I don't care about farm to table, local ingredients or trendy dishes. Besides, a lot of restaurants tend to interpret dishes differently. Carbonara may mean something at a one place that doesn't line up to what I want.
